No, we do not yet have express shipping methods.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date, as well as the link to track your order (when the shipping method allows it) allow). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the Order History section on your account page on the website.
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is in the Ready to ship, shipping or delivered status, we will not be able to accept any modification to your order.To make changes to your order, contact info@dlumysupplay.com.do
We currently ship to the ENTIRE United States. For shipments outside the United States, please contact info@dlumysupplay.com.do before making a purchase.
Payment questions
You can purchase on our website with a debit or credit card. We also offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Affirm and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
We currently only support the following currencies for payment our clients in their local currencies: USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in USD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the rate exchange rate corresponding to the currency you choose.
We accept payments in 3 installments thanks to our partner Affirm. You will be able to choose that payment option at checkout.
